Everyone at Hackettstown Honda went out of their way to make me feel welcome - even the gentleman who applied the pin striping to my new CR-V. The car was beautiful when I received it and Rafe explained all the "bells and whistles" in detail so I would understand them before driving away. He even went out of his way to put the car mats in my car to make sure I liked them which I then purchased. I will most likely have this car for the rest of my driving lifetime and I plan to remain a regular customer of Hackettstown Honda. We made several trips and each every time Raul was friendly and patient. His manager was just as patient. I told him we needed to think about it and would return. He was not overly pushy. He explained the new practice at their dealership regarding the "best price". We discussed our options and test drove several cars. After several trips to their dealership my spouse and I returned and completely changed our mind; even though Raul had our vehicle washed and ready to go, he and his manager were still friendly, professional and accommodating. Raul even called an insurance company to try and help us get better insurance rates for our young drivers in the household. We purchased our vehicle.........Overall, I would recommend this dealership to friends and family and plan on continuing to do service with them. More
