Rob was extremely helpful and worked with me on the best potential options available to me. After talking out the options rob pointed me in the direction of leasing a new Honda Civic lx. This option provides the lowest cost and best car available! Rob was very helpful and I believe got me a great deal. As part of my new lease I traded in an old vehicle as a down payment. Rob was even nice enough to come by my house after hours to drop off belongings I had left in my trade in. Overall I had a great experience and appreciate all the help I received. More

I couldn't tell you the names of the sales people that I bought a car from 5 minutes outside of the showroom. I felt like I had to keep checking to make sure I still had my wallet. Our experience with Honda of Hackettstown was entirely the opposite. With the help and guidance from the staff from various departments - Ronnie Hakim, Rob Nyland and Tom Graham, we drove away with a CRV happy to have found a dealership where customer service is paramount. Ronnie even spent about an hour with us showing the variety of used cars on their lot. After we bought the car, he spent a half an hour going over the features in the car - he had me take out a cell phone and connected the blue tooth in the car to my cell phone! What sales manager takes the time to do that? Rob painstakingly guided us through the sales process, no hard sales pitch or pressure - he honestly wanted what was best for us - unheard of elsewhere. Tom, the financial guy did his job as a gentleman. My wife drives a hard bargain but Tom showed us on CarFax, Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds the value of our trade in. For us, we formed an emotional bond with our car that has served us well over many years. I later learned that emotional bond was giving me an unrealistic sense of value in terms of dollars that it was worth to other potential buyers. When we returned about 3 weeks later, unannounced to have our new plates installed on our car, I was amazed that everyone knew our names and made us feel as comfortable as the first day we went there. Since I am not a techno wizard, I needed another tutorial not only with blue tooth but with my new iPhone 6 and connecting them. Before I knew it, Steve Layton, their IT guy, sat in my car with me and explained everything in laymen's terms that even I could understand and actually use the equipment. One can't buy this type of treatment - it was genuine, caring and wanting to please. We have found a dealership for life, we will be back. Needs to come here to get the best experience ever. This was all thanks to Daryen Cherry. Extremely honest and just wanted to get me what I needed. Let me test drive all the cars I was wanting to buy. And he took personal interest in giving me the best friendliest expertise experience I have ever had in any car transaction. I came in trading an old Nissan and now I might just buy Honda’s for life from this place because of all the positive energy from this dealer. The Service Department has been outstanding. We went to the Customer Appreciation Dinner this past Wednesday that the Service Department was having. After the dinner we went onto the Sales Floor. It was a very busy night for the Sales Reps. Everyone was tied up. My wife went to the front desk to look for someone. Rob Nylund was already working with a customer. He came over and asked my wife if she was being helped. She said no and then Rob was kind enough to assist. He provided excellent customer service. Rob will be a great assist to the Honda team. He mentioned that he just started working for Honda two months ago. More

Best Sales person ever Rob N. I am what you may call "a customer from hell". My wife flipped and totaled her car last week, and this experience of renting car and finding replacement car was difficult on us. When I came across Rob Nylund at Hack Honda I finally felt at ease in the car buying process. I gave my requirements and he didn't mess around, took me right to car which met the price, miles, and year requirements which I asked for. Of course it started raining as we were looking for car, no worries, didn't miss a beat, got umbrella and we continued on. Hopefully they have sales person of month or something like that because it was because of Rob that I purchased a car from Hackettstown Honda. I had 3 other cars lined up at different dealers. Knew I had good deal as soon as Rob showed me "my" car. Sorry for my rotten disposition picking up car, but you handled me well. I will recommend Hackettstown to everyone I know, If you can handle a customer like me, and make me happy, you must be REALLY good. More
