It was stressed to me that this dealership will not loose a deal over price which was very reassuring. I had a written offer from a dealership nearby that I shared with Laura and she assured me that Honda of Hackettstown would do at least as good if not better. I sent pictures of my trade, gave her my VIN number, and sent her an actual copy of the other dealerships offer. After three weeks of confirming details and gaining confidence in my decision, I put a deposit on the vehicle and made plans to head to the dealership that weekend. The day before I was to travel, the sales manager Ronnie, called me to again reassure me that I would be taken care of and would be happy with my potential deal and new car. I arrived at the dealership Saturday morning, met Laura and was passed off to my sales rep, Alex. Alex showed my wife and I the vehicle that I had put a deposit on. The car looked perfect until we opened the doors. The inside was filthy and covered with dog hair and dirt, I was told that the vehicles get a quick once over when they arrive and are not detailed until they are sold. Sounded backwards to me but OK. You would have thought that a vehicle that someone puts a deposit on should look good, but maybe they do things differently here. We went on our test drive and then proceeded inside to see the deal. I explained and showed Alex all of my paperwork regarding matching or beating the other offer I had and exactly what I was expecting. He went off to his sales manager and came back with an offer that was nearly $10,000 off from what I was promised would be matched or beat. I explained again exactly what I was told, including emails from Laura, about the deal I would get. We were left to sit at our table for 15 minutes when the sales manager Ronnie came to talk to us. He came to us with an offer that was about $4,000 closer. He offered a lot of apologies, excuses, and blatant lies regarding not having information ahead of time, as to why he was not going to honor what was promised to me so many times over the phone and via email. Classic bait and switch and completely disgusting. It didn't matter that I had all the emails and voice mails, some from him directly, I was two and a half hours from home and completely hung out to dry. Angry, disappointed, and in disbelief I drove home and promised myself that I would make sure as many people as possible knew what kind of dealership this was. I will say that my sales rep, Alex, was very helpful. I could tell he was embarrassed about the situation and he did everything he could to help us, it was just out of his control. More

Felt like part of the family! great people! My girlfriend had scheduled an appointment for an oil change and issues with her tires. Thomas Graham personally made sure we were taken care of. Very polite, kind, and friendly. Welcomed us like we were part of his family! The head of service, Bob was just as great as Thomas Graham, very honest and upfront about everything! Not to mention the car service light also called for a tire rotation to be done and they didn't just rotate our tires to make a dollar. they actually checked to see if it was needed, which it was not. Also can't forget about the free car wash included! What really makes this the Best Honda dealer around is what happened to us after leaving from the oil change. The weather was not great out and roads were now covered in snow on the way home. A person driving in front of us stopped short instead of making a turn because there was another car coming from the other way. We had to swerve to avoid the car in front of us and damaged the front right tire when we hit the curb. Thankfully we were able to make it back to the dealership safely and once again the staff were great! Tom and Bob were very accommodating to the situation at hand and got us in and out with a new tire right away at a great price. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car or get service done. More

If not for these people our vacation was cancelled due to our car broke down and gave us right away a 2015 Odyssey loaner car and helped us with the purchase of our new 2016 Honda Odyssey. My kids loved the free snacks at the dealership and of course the friendly people and our new van. More

New car purchase I am sure they were tired of hearing from me. We put a deposit on a new HR-V in August, with a color preference and package. He said be patient and we were. When we picked it up the sales staff were wonderful. My in laws were treated like they were buying a new carRoy and Roger went above and beyond. I visited the dealership and worked with Rob Nylund as my salesperson who catered to my demanding personality and provided excellent service and alternatives. I've leased a new Accord EX-L, bought up the mileage to 18,000 per year and still agreed upon a great lease price. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in moving into a new Honda. You would think we were looking In June 2015 we stopped in to see if Honda of Hackettstown happened to have any inexpensive Honda Odysseys for sale. You would think we were looking to spend a hundred grand! Everyone was beyond pleasant, they had a couple of choices in our price range, went beyond all expectations in prepping the car and have just been excellent to deal with. The only little hiccup had to do with the title (bought in NJ, registered in NY) which got delayed and they even put in the effort to FedEx that to us at no charge. Oh, and we have been extremely pleased with the Odyssey. She has been reliable and an incredible value. I know this sounds a little too good to be real, but I was pleased enough with the sale and the overall attitude to bring the vehicle in for some more involved service rather than using my local dealer. They have been just great to deal with and special thanks to Thom and Rob in sales. Highly recommended. More

I made an apt over the internet and meet at my time Saturday at noon. From the moment that I pulled in I knew that I wasn't leaving without a car... well that's what my gf said being that we went out so far. I met Rob Nylund as I pulled in and he took care of me from start to finish. I've been to other dealers and really wasn't given the time of day, but Rob relaxed, listen to me and we went from there. Granted the car I wanted was a bit hard on the pockets but Rob thought about my situation and found something that could work for me. I can't complain at all. I'm really happy with my new Honda Accord Sport 2016 and when my lease is done, I'd definitely go back for my next vehicle. My girlfriend Diana and I will definitely go back. More
