Bought Used 2013 Honda Accord We did our homework on the internet inventory, picked out 3 cars and went to the dealership. Alex P. was our salesman and we test drove 2 that day (t We did our homework on the internet inventory, picked out 3 cars and went to the dealership. Alex P. was our salesman and we test drove 2 that day (the other was test driven previously). We made a deal at a fair price and were out of there in about 3 hours, test drives included. Alex P. was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient and the rest of the dealership got everything done very quickly. If we buy another Honda, I will definitely go back to Honda of Hackettstown. More

Got my used 2013 Honda Accord here! This place is wonderful! I had been at so many car dealerships prior to arriving at this one. I had a very specific car in mind and Alex P. helped me This place is wonderful! I had been at so many car dealerships prior to arriving at this one. I had a very specific car in mind and Alex P. helped me until I found it. When I told them I would bring my dad the next day Alex made sure the service team washed the car inside and out, buffered it, and changed the two front tires as I had requested without me even putting any money down yet! When I arrived the car looked as good as new! I was very happy with my whole experience and everyone was friendly from beginning to end. Alex was great to work with! Thanks Honda of Hackettstown! Great Experience I can't say enough about how positive my experience was at Honda of Hackettstown. This past weekend, I went to a few different dealerships and had no I can't say enough about how positive my experience was at Honda of Hackettstown. This past weekend, I went to a few different dealerships and had no luck. Then I stopped here and from the second I walked in, everyone was so nice, attentive, and professional. I first dealt with Steve. He was so helpful and assisted me with all my questions and everything I needed to know about the cars since I've never owned a Honda before. He had honest answers and a ton of patience for me. My primary salesman was Kevin. He did a fantastic job. He presented me with several car options and never once pressured me into anything. Kevin spent so much extra time making sure everything went perfect. He was fantastic! He made what could have been a horrible car shopping experience into a very pleasurable one. Every person I encountered was beyond helpful and amazing; from management, to the finance office, to the front end. It was a perfect example of what customer service and sales should be like. My family and I would not go anywhere else! Thank you to everyone at Honda of Hackettstown! More
