IN THE PROCESS OF CAR BUYING- BAD EXPERIENCE FIRST INQUIRED VIA NET, VERY QUICK RESPONSE AND FOLLOW UP CALLS BUT WENT TO SEE THE CARS AND ASSIGNED KEVIN AS THE SALES PERSON, HE WAS NICE INITIALLY FIRST INQUIRED VIA NET, VERY QUICK RESPONSE AND FOLLOW UP CALLS BUT WENT TO SEE THE CARS AND ASSIGNED KEVIN AS THE SALES PERSON, HE WAS NICE INITIALLY, WENT AGAIN AND LIKED 2 USED CARS, I TOLD KEVIN THAT I LIKED THE CAR AND I PUT MY OFFER. HE PROMISED TO CALL ME BACK WITH HIS NUMBERS, WHICH HE NEVER DID. NEXT DAY CALLED THE DEALERSHIP, KEVIN WAS OUT BUT SOMEHOW HE CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THAT THE CAR I LIKED GOT SOLD OUT!!!! HE PROMISED TO CALL ME GAIN WITH WHAT THE SITUATION IS, WHICH HE NEVER DID EVEN AFTER FEW DAYS!!! I WANT TO BUY A NEW CAR BUT I AM AFRAID IF I WANT TO BUY FROM THEM!! // REVISED : 5/12/16; AFTER RONNY GOT INVOLVED, HE GAVE BEST OFFER ON NEW CAR, BOUGHT THE CAT ON 5/11/16, WORKED WITH THE NEWLY HIRED SALES PERSON- EARL.
