4 hour oil change I purchased a Civic from the Honda of Hackettstown with prepaid maintenance, when i took it in for and oil change, they took 4 hours to do the oil ch I purchased a Civic from the Honda of Hackettstown with prepaid maintenance, when i took it in for and oil change, they took 4 hours to do the oil change now they want me to come back for a software update, i may need to get a hotel room to wait for that repair. I have contacted Honda Fiance to see about cancelling the 30 dollars a month that i pay to wait 4 hours for an oil change. More

Best Buying Experience Ever I used true car through USAA to get price quotes for a new Civic. I received quotes from three local dealers. Each called me with price details. Wh I used true car through USAA to get price quotes for a new Civic. I received quotes from three local dealers. Each called me with price details. When Honda of Hackettstown called I told them they were not the lowest. The sales person said he would undercut my best offer by $100. He did so we went to purchase the car. In the past I have always had problems with dealers trying to increase the promised price by all sorts of gimicks. This time there were no gimicks. They sold the car at the promised price. Rob Nylund, our sales rep, was cooperative, polite, honest and very friendly. More

Honesty I bought two ( 2) Honda Accord with my daughter on June 30.2017. my daughter car runs fine but mine doesn't run good . trade in my Honda Accord v6 201 I bought two ( 2) Honda Accord with my daughter on June 30.2017. my daughter car runs fine but mine doesn't run good . trade in my Honda Accord v6 2012 .big mistake I made .when back the next day to get it back and they told me I can't buy it back.two days again I ask about the car and the sales guy told me the car is in another country.that same night I found the car for sale on there website site ..selling price $ 6999 . while the sales guy had told me that my car worth nothing only $ 2500. But they are selling it for $7000. I still try to buy it back spoken to a sales lady she told me I could get it back .when in to get it the sales guy and manager told me no I can't have it .they know they rob me my car that's why they would not sell it back to me. Check the price of your trade-in before you bring it to Honda of hackettown nj. More
