Great to work with!! I knew I wanted to purchase a pre-owned Honda and conducted a search of top rated Honda Salesman. I read Rob Nylund's reviews and gave him a call. He and I conversed over phone several times to narrow my vehicle search. I then made an appointment with Rob to review the available vehicles. Rob assessed all the vehicles prior to our meeting and helped me select the best vehicle for my circumstances. He was knowledgeable and low pressure. He was there to support me during the purchasing process. He was a pleasure to work with and helpful during the process. Due to Rob, I purchased a great Pre-owned Honda at a great price. Great experience We walked in Friday and was met by a salesman named Sal. He took us for a test ride in a 2018 pilot. He didn't rush us pressure us and answered all our questions. Upon return to the dealership Sal brought out Tom one of the sales managers. He was also very nice, no pressure or crazy sales tactics. We discussed the purchase and said we would go home and think about it. The following morning we called Sal and said we were coming at noon to make the purchase. Upon arrival the car was ready to go. We met with Vinny in finance also a nice guy. He took his time and explained the extended warranty coverage in depth, again no rushing or pressure. So start to finish it was about 2.5 hours. I have to say what a great group of guys that made our purchase a great experience. Keep up the good work fellas. Toyota just lost a long time customer. Maybe they should send their staff to hackettstown honda for training on how to treat customers. More
