But with Ryan and Rob’s patients and help we were able to drive out of there the same day with are new Toyota! We didn’t think we were able to get it the Toyota but they managed to make it work! Today, I leased my THIRD vehicle from Hackettstown Honda and this is my second transaction with Rob. He is amazing! For my last lease transaction, I had my 3 children along with me and Rob made the process as painless as possible, helping to keep the kids occupied (and fed) and helped me reach a deal that I was not only satisfied with, but happy with. Today was even better! From the big details: making the numbers work, managing the insurance and even helping me change my address on my license online, to the little details: making sure I was educated on all of the bells and whistles of my new 2018 pilot!! and changing over my keys and store tags on my keychain to the new Hackettstown of Honda keychain that he gave to me! I have been in and around many dealerships. This Honda of Hackettstown is wonderful! Even Brian from service came out to greet me :) My oil changes are free and they wash the car when it is serviced! 10/10 experience I came to Honda of Hackettstown and was politely greeted by Rob Nylund. Driving a rental (it's a long story) I needed to make a pretty quick decision. Rob was funny, honest and very knowledgeable, he made the whole experience painless. The Civic was up against Mazda and Toyota in my price range. Rob took the time to "show the ropes" and the sales process to a young salesman who I believe is new to the organization, I think his name was Nick. Anyway, after shopping around I felt most comfortable with a Honda lease. I called Rob and left a deposit after he and his manager Ryan found the color Civic I really wanted. I was so happy when I heard Ryan got my loan approved the next day! If you need a pre-owned or new car, ask for Rob Nylund at Honda of Hackettstown, you will not be sorry! More
