After Rob showed me the available vehicles on-line (and already knowing what I was looking for) we quickly settled on my choice of a 2015 CR/V with low miles that was in great condition. The dealership agreed to hold the car for a week or so until I returned from vacation to make the purchase. The actual purchase went efficiently and everyone we interacted with was courteous and professional. Rob was great to deal with; honest, professional and accommodating at every turn. No surprise that this was the third vehicle that I purchased from Hackettstown Honda in the last several years! More

Great experience with this Honda Dealership I was looking around for the right car for me just this past Memorial Day, At first I went to a Honda dealer nearby but they were not so accommodating I was looking around for the right car for me just this past Memorial Day, At first I went to a Honda dealer nearby but they were not so accommodating in that place so I searched on my GPS and found this place so I decided to go ahead and to my surprise the place is very clean and the people are so accommodating. I kept changing my wish list - right up to the point he was writing up one car and I spotted a color I had originally labeled "too garish" but then decided it had grown on me. (He had to move other cars around in order to get it out of the showroom so I could see the color in daylight.) He spent a great deal of time assuring himself that I knew how to work all the bells and whistles long after I had signed all the papers and written a check. (Thought I'd never get out of there!) He seemed to take such pleasure in knowing that I was happy and excited about the car. All in all, not only did I end up getting a car I love at a price with which I am very happy, I had a lot of fun doing it! More
