Overall good experience, Rob was helpful and never pushy, the finance team got us a rate that we wanted. Having had vehicles professionally detailed in the past for significantly less I had high expectations plus the fact that I was spending 38k on a preowned vehicle. Day arrived to pickup the vehicle to my disappointment there we stains on the seats and dirt on the floor from whomever was working on the vehicle, in addition I managed to find a Cheerio in the back seat. $800 dollar used vehicle cleaning fee and we got what we got, More
