I was beyond happy with how I was treated at Hackettstown Honda. Went to other dealerships, including another Honda dealer and felt ignored because I was single woman. Greg was more than accommodating, I felt like an old friend. I test drove multiple cars and Greg answered all my questions. First car I purchased by myself in 25 years and I felt confident that I walked away with exactly what I wanted. I am so happy with my Pilot!! It was also a pleasure working with Kai-Sun M Gaines in the Finance Dept. I highly recommend Greg and the entire Hackettstown Honda team!! More

It was a pleasure to work with Greg and Tom the manager. They were very nice, helpful and were able to work with us on the price. What I appreciated the most was that we were not hawked by a salesperson a They were very nice, helpful and were able to work with us on the price. They advertise a 7 day ret urn policy but they do not adhere. I bought a car there that was faulty in ways they did not disclose but they would not let me return it. I hate my car.
