I visited Honda of Hackettstown recently and upon entering was greeted by Rob Nylund. He was extremely personable, kind and very knowledgeable about the Honda Automotive line. Knowing the Auto indus entering was greeted by Rob Nylund. He was extremely personable, kind and very knowledgeable about the Honda Automotive line. Knowing the Auto industry has been flipped upside down in the last 18+ months, Rob was patient and understanding regarding my budget and spending limits. Rob worked hand-in-hand with two gentlemen, Tom Graham and Matt Furman (Two managers) and the three of them combined were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I cannot say enough great things about Honda of Hackettstown and the treatment I received, but more specifically Robert Nylund and his management Sales team. I was searching online for a lower mileage 2019 Honda CR-V and that brought me to Honda of Hackettstown. from PA. After buying the it the person who was going to drive me back to pick it up had a medical CR-V and that brought me to Honda of Hackettstown. from PA. After buying the it the person who was going to drive me back to pick it up had a medical emergency and was hospitalized/. Another friend then tested positive for Covid before I could even ask her. Greg offered to deliver the car to my home and did. Excellent service and I have a car that if all goes well I will enjoy for at least 10 years. More
