My last 3 visits were amazing where I was treated with respect and concern. The team members worked collaboratively to address my issue and demonstrated genuine concern about my vehicle and me. More

I brought my CR-V in for a fuel pump recall and had David Dyson as my adviser. He did a fantastic job—trustworthy, transparent, and straightforward in handling all transactions. They truly cater to customers, providing everything needed while waiting for their vehicles, whether it's a workspace for laptops, a relaxing environment, TVs, or beverages like coffee—they've got it all! I I will say that Maria in the finance department was stellar. I was done in less than 45 minutes. And they didn’t try to upsell me even though I did purchase the maintenance agreement. Overall a positive experience even though I was there over 4 hours. More
