After posting a reply asking for more information, I never heard back from this poster. Details are not accurate as there are two sides. In addition, this is posted under College Park Honda when in fact he was dealing with our used car department which operates out of College Park Hyundai. Eddie and Regan are both amazing, hard working people and they work hard to provide great customer service. We wish this poster well.

I'm sorry that you did not have a good experience with us, although it sounds as though you did not personally visit our store which is a shame as we are great! We cannot match a price or give you our best price if you do not come in. We do not promote sales tricks, but we are here to sell cars. We do not consider not emailing our best price being sleazy (especially when competing with 14 stores), just they way we choose to do business. Congratulations on your new Civic! Looking into this further, I have been told that everything has been resolved. Initial recall was not at all related to the steering column and vehicle was driven from parking lot into service bay and back out. Due to customer concern and for goodwill, Service Manager offered a free alignment. Vehicle went out of alignment immediately since there was a major steering issue. We did repair steering repair and indeed there was a problem. Upon customer's return, issue was addressed and fixed. We are very sorry that the customer had to put quite a bit of money into an older vehicle and we apologize that customer had to return to have column adjusted. All the best. Heather
