STAY AWAY, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The Salesman Richard Reddick lied, his Manager John was rude as well and lied about matching any written offers. They said they would meet any written offer, but when it Reddick lied, his Manager John was rude as well and lied about matching any written offers. They said they would meet any written offer, but when it came to it they said "NO", they didn't believe that the offer that I showed them was real, but didn't want to get into calling anyone a liar. They inflated the Freight Charge to $830 when ALL HONDA'S are $770 for Freight and that is guaranteed by HONDA AMERICA! The sales man said I was crazy if I thought I would get more than their offer for my trade, and I got $5000 more than their offer. I was insulted and they treated me rudely and thought I was stupid!My trade an Infiniti, the salesman said "did you think you were some six figure big shot driving around" and now you come to us to trade it in and expect that amount of money!!!! Don't go for the "life time warranty", it is not worth the trouble. You will be lied to, you will be taken advantage of, you will be treated badly and they will RIP YOU OFF!! I got an AMAZING DEAL at Northwest Honda, I saved $4000 on my new 2012 Civic and I got an AMAZING TRADE! Do your self a favor, stay away from COLLEGE PARK HONDA, they are nothing but RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!!!!!! Heather if you didn't read it in any of the e-mails, thats becuase it was told to me on the phone by Richard Reddick, we spoke twice and I told him there was no point in me coming to your dealership if you could/would not meet/match the deal from other dealerships. He said, "no problem will will meet any written offer, just come in"!Just goes to show you ALWAYS NEED TO GET IT IN WRITING! Would love to hear from you about it. My wife and I were in the market for a SUV for our growing family, We did most of our reseach over the internet first, but Alieen at College Park gave us all the information we needed before we even growing family, We did most of our reseach over the internet first, but Alieen at College Park gave us all the information we needed before we even went into the dealership. The information she gave us was direct, to the point and no run around.Alieen was honest with us from the begining. When we got to the dealership we were greeted by Isaac the sales manger and Dennis our sales person. Isaac and Dennis sat us down and had all the information that we had discussed with Alieen earlier and the deal was correct. Price was exactly what we had agreed on and it was lower then anyone else who gave us a price over the internet. This was nice that they were prepared since we had a two (2) year old with us. We went on a short test drive one at a time since we had the child but it wasnt an issue. Again very helpful with the child, made it very easy. After that we went over finalizing the paperwork and submitting our credit. Once we made our decision we did not have to wait to work with the finance manager. We went straight in and all of our information was already in the computer.(again great with the kid) Our fiance manager was very thorough in going over all of the paperwork. Very easy and comfortable signing the paperwork. After we finished all the paper work we went out to the car and it was parked right outside of the doors. The car looked great and very clean. Our Sales person Dennis was amazing going over the vehicel features. We purchased a Pilot with Navi and there were a lot of features. He had us using ever feature before we drove off the lot. I am very comfortable knowing how to use our car, He also has followed up with us twice to make sure we dont have any questions or problems. Over all it was a great experience with Alieen speeding up the entire process giving us the information we needed before we even got there. When we did arrive everyone was on the same page and it went very smoothly. I will buy my next Honda from only College Park. More

He kept in constant contact with us up until her moving day. Upon our arrival to Maryland, he had already set up a meeting time and date. At the dealership, he and Ms. Jorss did their very best to accomodate our needs, especially my daughter's. We did indeed purchase a 2012 Honda Civic and my daughter is very happy. The people that I worked with at this dealership were awesome, particularly after the sale. I had some scratches and paint missing on my car. Even though it was a month after I purchased the car, Waleed awesome, particularly after the sale. I had some scratches and paint missing on my car.
