After couple of days, I spoke with Manager- Uday Gualti, he resolved my issue without any problem and good part is they delivered SUV at my home in Delaware (100 miles from MD). Our experience with him was the best. He was very professional and courteous to me. Waleed was an outstanding sales person with which to deal. We were very pleased in buying a new car of Honda CRV 2012 three days ago. Very straightforward and efficient in purchasing processes, and the sale person was very friendly and pleasant. They could keep 2012 three days ago. Very straightforward and efficient in purchasing processes, and the sale person was very friendly and pleasant. They could keep the promise and played no game. Time saving to us was very important, and they did it all right. We will recommend more friends to buy cars from the dealer. More
Reggie is a wonderful salesman, knowledgeable about vehicles, funny and friendly, and absolutely no-pressure. Took the time to take me on test-drives of two different vehicles and explained/demonstrat vehicles, funny and friendly, and absolutely no-pressure. Mr. Waleed helped me to accomplish my goal of getting the right vehicle with the right price and financing. Classic bait and switch. Had terms of deal agreed upon in writing in advance over e-mail. Went there and they refused to honor. Played games (even chasing after us as we left) but never would honor written a writing in advance over e-mail. Went there and they refused to honor. Beware****Bait and Switch tactics: My experience: I see website has car; email to confirm; I say in email that I am interested in a particular car with a particular color (actually two choices) and note in website has car; email to confirm; I say in email that I am interested in a particular car with a particular color (actually two choices) and note in my email that I am glad they have my car in the two colors I want in stock and she says, great, you did your homework, when can you come in? I come in that night and just to be sure, before leaving, I call the sales person assigned to me. He replies that yeah, he saw one of my top two color choices earlier and believes the second one is probably in the remote lot. I reply...I want to be sure can you call me to confirm in the next 30 min (which is about when I'd leave). I should have waited. Over an hour later when I am just about there, I am told no they don't have either color despite nobody telling me earlier, not the internet sales manager and not the sales person until I am practically there. I ended up going in...they gave me a lowballl trade offer despite saying they can match a price target. In any case it is unbelievable that a honda dealer is still using this classic tactic to get one in the door. Beware, Beware. More
Don’t be fooled by the first impression— you will get mistreated after the purchase. Long story short, the dealership didn’t double check my tags when they came in and the month on the tag decals and reg mistreated after the purchase. Long story short, the dealership didn’t double check my tags when they came in and the month on the tag decals and registration didn’t match up. I tried to get this issue fixed for two weeks and got run around each time. Patty worked with me and was very irresponsive; I was always the one having to call back, plus she lied to me numerous times about how it was being fixed just to get me off her shoulders. John Davis a manger decided he was going to take the situation in his hands and after being tired of dealing with it he told me to speak to someone else about it. John Davis actually had told me to inconveniently fix these problems myself and I would be refunded. Yet, he doesn’t even know how his dealership works and came back to me after weeks of trying to receive the rest of my reimbursement that the dealership meets my needs to their full obligation. John Davis lied to me as well saying that the reimbursement was in the mail when really it hadn’t gotten approved yet. I asked to speak to someone of higher authority was given the name of Connie Stolts- which I left two messages for and never herd back. John Davis also said to make up for the miscommunication they would give me an oil change and fill up my gas as I asked him for a confirmation of these services he repetitively refused saying he doing this as a “courtesy” they don’t do things like that. As I explained to him that I want something saying I will received these things since you screwed me over last time saying I would receive a reimbursement and I never did, plus I live in VA so it be extremely inconvenient for me to drive all the way out there and be screwed over again. As a dealership they should understand a person wanting something in writing. I feel bad for my salesman Reggie because he did a great job to go above and beyond but because of the rest of the dealership poor communication, lack of customer service, and dishonesty to me I will never step foot near them again or recommend them. DO NOT GO HERE. Service is quite friendly... up until the point where you decide you're unsure or do not want to buy a car from them. After that, they verbally back you up into a corner, demanding to he the point where you decide you're unsure or do not want to buy a car from them. After that, they verbally back you up into a corner, demanding to hear an explanation as to why you don't want to buy their vehicle... as if they're selling the greatest thing that ever existed. They don't understand that if you're sold on a vehicle, that you'll come in of your own free will and buy it. When you give them a legitimate reason as to why you're not interested in the car, they try to argue with you about it. This is very bad customer service, and makes one feel very uncomfortable while in the car shopping process. More

I was interested in a Honda Element 2011. Initially at the 1st sit down, I wasn't pleased with the price and the amount of time spent in the dealership. Bur Mr. Reggie Ballard gave me a few calls to let m the 1st sit down, I wasn't pleased with the price and the amount of time spent in the dealership. Bur Mr. Reggie Ballard gave me a few calls to let me know that he would work out a good deal and he did. We spoke several times on the phone and went back and forth with questions and concerns I had. I did purchase the Element. I love it! It's so roomy but yet stylish. I went online and found better financing and will refinance once I receive my first Invoice. I suggest others inquire about outside financing first. It was the last one on the lot. I had to bring the Element in for a minor issue. During the whole ordeal I wasn't feeling well due to a surgery the week prior and was upset with the wait at the dealer. But Mr. Reggie Ballard and Mr. John Davis fixed all the wrongs(wait at the dealership, Issue with Element and overall initial sales experience) and made them right. They both really cared and sent me home in a 2012 Honda Accord loaner until my vehicle was ready and Mr. Ballard offered even to bring the vehicle to my home to not inconvenience me any further. Mr. John Davis is an excellent manager and really cared about my experience and how I felt. He wanted to make it better and wanted me to feel better. I did. I am strong willed on customer service and the overall shopping experience. Shopping for anything in such a volatile economy means a lot to both the consumer and the merchant and should be treated as such.I want to be valued as the consumer and not treated as a dime a dozen. I was treated well due to the professionalism of Mr. Ballard and Mr. Davis. These two are an asset to the College Park Honda. I would recommend Mr. Ballard to anyone seeking a vehicle at the dealership. He's an honest, no pressure, down to earth salesman. I had to bring my other car Honda Accord 2009 to the service area on the Friday of the same week I purchased the Element. Mr. Ballard and Mr. Davis saw me and still inquired on how I am doing and the Element. They really made the overall experience better despite the issues in the beginning. Thanks. More
