When my wife and I arrived the vehicle had been sold but Harold, along with his team, went above and beyond to find the car I wanted and to customize it with the equipment I wanted. Harold actually drove to Northern VA and picked up the vehicle to get me the one that I wanted. This showed great desire and customer service considering I had not yet signed a contract. Harold followed through on all aspects of the sale to make it the best experience possible. He did an outstanding job. Aileen came into the picture a little later. I had Honda install a dvd player which I ended up not liking the exact model. She worked hard to handle the issue and come up with a product I liked very much. She worked as a liaison with Car Spa and quickly brought resolution to the situation. Both Aileen and Harold did everything possible to make me, the customer, happy and walking away satisfied. They knew I was a serious buyer and did not waste my time with a lot of general information or making me travel to the dealership to get accurate pricing information. They found the car I wanted (a base level CR-V with no extras, silver in color) and communicated precisely when it would be available. They lowered the car's price several times to beat other dealer's bids. Finally, when I arrived, there was the exact car i wanted and at the price that had been communicated via e-mail. I had read some bad reviews of this dealer before I went there. I went there anyway after more than 1 hour of traffic. What happened is they didn't even have a car that i was interested in. The sales person was just pretending like he already had some cars. The funniest thing was their first offer was just MSRP, even though I told him the price I wanted several times. Finally, I've been almost tricked by their tactics. Fortunately, we just cancelled the final deal after 2.5 hours of bad time. To summarize, you may experience what others are saying. Just don't go there if you are smart and your time is precious. More
