Excellent!!! Also I saved good money on car price, with very competitive interest rates, in comparison to other Honda dealers in the area. "Q" (his name) was outstanding in helping us thru the process, including locating the exact vehicle we wanted, negotiating a very fair price (don't take his first offer), and being very patient while helping us work out all the specifics. He and the other members of the team that helped us through the purchase process once we said "It's a deal!" were pleasant, courteous, and efficient in providing the information we needed to be aware of, and completing the necessary paperwork timely.
