I was seen exactly at the time I enter the dealership. I was a little early for a 10 am appointment for service. The service representative that I requested was immediately available. He estimated a 2 hour was a little early for a 10 am appointment for service. The service representative that I requested was immediately available. He estimated a 2 hour service time frame and the work was don 45 minutes before that, which was very satisfactory as I had explained that I had to make a 1 o'clock appointment.
