Experience felt like heaven on earth thanks to Bruno&Gabriel Where do I start Honda College park has been the best and at ease dealership I have came across in my last month of New car searching thanks to Bruno Where do I start Honda College park has been the best and at ease dealership I have came across in my last month of New car searching thanks to Bruno Rodriguez (Manager) and Gabriel EsPinal (Sales Rep). I came into the dealer yesterday to ask a question wit my mind already made up to buy a Nissan until one of the sales rep met me at the door very pushy trying to convince me to leave off the lot with a car right away when my intentions weren't to buy but to ask a question and after seeing me a little unhappy and annoyed with one of the Sales Rep Bruno Rodriguez instantly came over and made me feel so much better with his PROFESSIONALISM, SMILE, AND EXCELLENT customer service. He answered all my questions honestly without pressuring me into anything. After coming into Honda with my mind already made up on something else I suddenly changed my mind completely and was interested in a Honda Accord but wasn't sure if I was going to be able to get but Bruno gave me confidence and did everything possible for me to walk out with something reasonable pricing and the car I actually liked. I decided to think it all over night and get back with him. He not once pressured me or called me 50 million times like most dealers do but gave me space and time while still displaying great customer service. I called him up today to buy the car and he go me in the car I wanted in no time for a great price. The time I was able to comenjoy in today was late after work and after Bruno work hours for today but because he knew I wanted to purchase my car today he still made it possible and set me up with his top notch Sales Person Gabriel Espinal to assist me when I arrived. Gabriel was outstanding he gave excellent customer service and after 2 minutes of talking with him I was confident that Bruno left me in good hands. Gabriel was patient with me because I came in with my kids, he had my car ready, he helped me unload my son car seats out of my old car into my new purchased car with out me even asking, he knew his stuff just like Bruno when it came down to Hondas which made me feel even more comfortable. Gabriel was professional never left me to attend other customers until he was completely finish with me and even after leaving off with my new car he called and made sure I was happy and made his self available if I had any questions or concerns with the car. Gabriel and Bruno work excellent together great communication Bruno stayed on the phone the whole time Gabriel was helping me to make sure I left happy. I truly felt like the service couldn't have gotten any better than it was Bruno and Gabriel are the best. Thanks a lot Honda at College Park I appreciate the outstanding service. I would highly recommend anyone to this Dealer or to Bruno and Gabriel. More

Super store super bruno I've looking for a Honda for a while as single mother it has been very difficult for me to find and deal with sale people every where I went I pretty I've looking for a Honda for a while as single mother it has been very difficult for me to find and deal with sale people every where I went I pretty much felt disrespected some dealer ask me to come back with my husband I asked a friend where they bought the Honda they own and told me the only guy that can really help me is Bruno Rodriguez at college park Honda I dint believe it until I met him omg what a pleasant experience he put me on a lot better car than I expected for a lot lower payment that I was looking for I simply love college park and the service of Bruno and Francis they really mean the world to me now all my friends and family all go to college park Honda thank you bruno More

Outstanding Customer Service! I been car shopping for while and didn't find nothing I like until I went to College Park Honda which I was help by Bruno. He was really patient, nice I been car shopping for while and didn't find nothing I like until I went to College Park Honda which I was help by Bruno. He was really patient, nice, helpful and his customer service was outstanding! He suggested to show me some cars and as well test it out. Which I fell in love with the Honda Civic 2015. He made it so easy for me and I didn't have a hard time with the paperworks at all. While car shopping at college park Honda with Bruno I didn't feel overwhelmed he show me the best cars and gave me time to think over my decision. I definite recommend anybody to go to college park Honda just because I know that they will find something nice and plus there customer service is excellent. More

Saved my life Helped my sister move from Seattle to DC. Smooth travels all the way until I got to DC and hit a pothole ruining both tires on the driver side. Went to quite a few tire shops only to find that my tires are special order only and would take a few days. Hyundai services was closed and went to College Park Honda next door where they were able to get the tires from Hyundai, install them and had me on my way. Got back to WV w/o any problems and able to arrive at work on time. Thank you College Park Honda! More

GREAT SERVICE (VICTOR AND BRUNO) I came in there last week Sunday. I had already went to a couple of other places and got turned down but VICTOR AND BRUNO HELPED ME SO MUCH. I came in there and in about less then 2 hours I left with a brand new Honda Accord with a good rate considering my not so good credit. I came back with questions regarding the CRV which I purchased and every questions and recommendation he gave me was very helpful. I initially had a manual transitioning car with the windows seats radio ect. He help me transition to the automatic. I was very pleased with the switch.
