I originally thought I had ran over something, and it had broke off. USAA, my insurance company, sent out two experts who concluded it had been the cap itself falling out. Chris called me up and was very friendly, took responsibility for the damage because College Park Honda was the last people to have been under the car. My car is currently being fixed and I am very satisfied with the way this turned out in the end. That is why it is always better to have service done at your dealer and not a jiffy lube or something.
