Customer Service Rocks I had taken my car in for the first time to this dealership and was apprehensive of someone entering my vehicle and recognizing its a manual shift and I had taken my car in for the first time to this dealership and was apprehensive of someone entering my vehicle and recognizing its a manual shift and handling it abrasively. A service rep entered my vehicle, played with the shift and exited my vehicle. I observed he didn't know how to operate a manual shift and I expressed my concerns to the service representative that day. My concerns was addressed immediately and I was assured this problem would never happen again. Now, when I visit the dealership, I observe the rep enter with knowledge of manual shifting. In fact, my last visit with Sharon was the best ever. She made me feel like I was the only customer Honda had in explaining what the process for my service (recall) would perform and made sure I had transportation to get home. She recognized I had my mother with me and made the visit more content. Honda exercises great pride in hiring personalities that make you feel like a family in addressing one's concerns and allowing one to express freely what is needed on the vehicle service. Sharon made my day showing great concern not only for me but my mother, who by the way is 84. Thanks Honda for a great team! Honda rocks! More

Bad Service I just bought honda odyssey couple weeks a go. My wiper blade start making noise. I brought it to this dealer. Service Adviser said I have to bring back to where I bought this car to get it fix. It does not make sense with me because it under warranty no mater where I go I should get it fix. I knew couple guys that work for dealers they never hear that policy. I would not go back to this dealer again. It wastes my time. More

Waleed at College park Honda was very responsive to emails and phone calls, he gave me a fair deal and quickly located another car for me when the one i wanted was sold before i had made my decision, it was the smoothest sales transaction of my life and all my coworkers were impressed with the deal i made.
