Excellent customer service I have been a College Park Honda customer since 1999. I purchased my first Honda from them and my 2nd one from another Honda dealer in Rockville, Mar I have been a College Park Honda customer since 1999. I purchased my first Honda from them and my 2nd one from another Honda dealer in Rockville, Maryland (only because they were closer to my home), and lived to regret it. Not only was their services horrible, but I was traumatised by the nasty and unprofessional treatment I received when I took my brand Honda Accord back to them to check for noise that was coming from the engine. My experience there can only be described as a nightmare, and that is when I decided to College Park Honda Service Center. What a difference! They immediately identified the problem, and since my car was brand new and under warranty, they were able to replace two "defective" parts free of cost. College Park Honda's trade mark should be, "Our customer service exemplifies courtesy, respect and professionalism." Great people! More
