Poor services I bought my 2017 HRV at this location. The seller was good enough to get me into buying the car; nonetheless the rest of the process was awful. I go I bought my 2017 HRV at this location. The seller was good enough to get me into buying the car; nonetheless the rest of the process was awful. I got there around 11:30 am and left almost at 6 PM, mad and discontent. Slow thinking from the agents that took care of the process. The car was not even int he lot and the agent had to another dealer to get it. They, knowing that, did not make that move to speed it up; unlike other customers complains, the car was washed but dirty, I had to ask the seller to take it back to the car wash and get that cleaned properly. They have to realize that we are paying thousands of Dollars for a new car and deserve to get the vehicles shiny at least for once time in a life time. . The financing department was no clear when they try customers into adding extended guaranteed, that part is not explained clearly, being the reason why many customers complain about that subject. I guess I chose the wrong dealer and my experience is just a flux; and the dealer won't even care. More
