Quick and outstanding serviced We had brought the car in for a oil change and multipoint inspection and we discovered we needed rear brake pads. Still a satisfied customer The scheduled service did not go well at first. My service light came on late Saturday, which meant a call first thing Sunday morning. I called and The scheduled service did not go well at first. My service light came on late Saturday, which meant a call first thing Sunday morning. I called and the automated service started the dialog and said to hold for the next service rep...It then went to voicemail. I left a message with my name, number and reason for calling. I called again Monday morning several times before someone answered. the end result was a 7:30 am appointment on Wednesday. I didn't want to wait that long. I take service lights very serious and am not comfortable riding with the light on. I considered finding another dealer who could service me Monday. I ended up calling back because the confirmation I received had the wrong phone number and that I would be dropping off my vehicle. When I called back to get the information Ivan Funes answered. He not only corrected the information, but listened to my story and arranged for met to bring my car in that afternoon. I waited and my car was serviced and I am very satisfied. I did end up with a document for someone else's vehicle, however that issue was immediately resolved. More

The Best! I was shopping for a new car (2018 Honda Civic EXT w/ Honda Sensing). I went through about 5 dealerships in the DMV area before I came across the gre I was shopping for a new car (2018 Honda Civic EXT w/ Honda Sensing). I went through about 5 dealerships in the DMV area before I came across the great College Park Honda. Each of the other dealers promised to get me the car I wanted, since it was very limited in the state of Maryland, but NONE of them were able to get the car to their shop... except for College Park Honda!! It was close to closing time and after a day of dealing with inconsistent sellers from other dealerships, Lateef from College Park Honda was more than a fresh breath of air. On the phone, Lateef was nice and straightforward- he mentioned that the car was hard to come by, but that he would do all that he could to make sure I got what I wanted. We talked about a price that worked for both of us and the next day, I came into the dealership and signed for my car! The manager, Mr. Ajayi even came to congratulate me on my purchase. I am a first time buyer, and College Park Honda definitely made a lasting impression. They I would definitely recommend their service to every and anyone interested in buying a new or used vehicle. They are more friendly and true to their word than the other dealers that I visited in the area. Thank you again Lateef and Mr. Ajayi!!! More
