I had a disappointing and frustrating experience with the service center, despite the staff being friendly and polite. I was charged $600 for what was supposed to be a thorough repair of the vehicle’s collision detection sensors, an essential safety feature. However, to my disappointment, the issue was not resolved. While driving home, within less than 5 miles, the dashboard warning light reappeared, indicating the same sensor-related malfunction. This was highly concerning, as I expected a comprehensive diagnosis and reliable repair given the cost. I immediately returned to the service center to report the problem. When I explained the situation, their response raised additional concerns. Instead of acknowledging the potential oversight or offering a no-cost follow-up inspection, they suggested conducting additional diagnostic tests and a test drive to further investigate the issue. However, they warned that if the problem persisted or additional issues were discovered, I could face significantly higher repair costs. This left me feeling dissatisfied and misled, as I had already paid a considerable amount for a repair that clearly did not address the underlying problem. Where do I start? I’ve been waiting more than a year for my fuel pump recall to be completed. I was called in to get one after responding to yet another check in with I’ve been waiting more than a year for my fuel pump recall to be completed. I was called in to get one after responding to yet another check in with “where is my fuel pump.” Only to have the dealership tell me it was reserved for someone else and the to send me away but I persevered and got it. Then they put $3000 of bogus extra service on my recommended list, which is frustrating because I keep my vehicle well maintained at a reputable local mechanic. They told me I needed an engine air filter and I checked afterwards and they hadn’t even opened the compartment! It was COVERED in dust so when I touched it it left fingerprints - there were none there- and my filter was PRISTINE as when my husband put it in 8 months ago. Then as soon as I drove 40 miles my emissions light came on. Even if I do need any of the services they recommended (I don’t - well except for the alignment which I’ll always need living in DC) I wouldn’t get it from them. I give them a 2/10 because they don’t get belligerent when they’re caught or when I politely DECLINE all their bogus service recommendations, BUT AND HOWEVER whatever sensor they disconnected to get this emissions light on has me IRRITATED. When I drive by there they better fix it and not say a word or this is dropping to 0/10 would NOT recommend. If they don’t fix it and persist in trying to get me to upgrade my 6yo van with only 75K miles we are going to have PROBLEMS. More

The only downside is that their wait times are so long. I waited like 2 hours+ for a oil change. Be sure to leave once you drop your car off of you’ll be in the waiting room for a while.
