She provided expert advice on my car and great communication on issues while I waited. She was friendly and non judgemental when I said I'd have to come back another time for one non-urgent fix. In the mean time, she gave me a timeframe I should have the issue fixed in and then told me what the car would feel like if it started to become an urgent issue before that time.
