I completed most of the negotiation over email and College Park Honda offered the lowest price of any dealer This was a great, no pressure experience. I completed most of the negotiation over email and College Park Honda offered the lowest price of any dealer in MD, PA, and VA without me having to do a ton of haggling. In fact, their first offer was already right where I wanted it to be based on extensive research on the lowest prices other people across the country had paid for the same style van. At first, I thought this dealership couldn't help with the specific color van we wanted as none of the other dealerships in the area could find one. Much to my surprise, they were able to locate one and get it to the dealership on the same day, saving me a four hour drive to a different dealer. Once at the dealership, the staff was very friendly. Mr. Rogers did an excellent of job going over all of the features of the van and answering the many questions we had. A quick test drive to confirm the actual unit was in great working order and we were off to the office to finalize paperwork. After the initial sales paperwork was complete, we were offered several 'add-ons'. We weren't interested in any of these and a firm, polite no was all it took. No heavy pressure. Off to finance and we largely had the same experience. The gentleman went over the various warranty offers, we declined and we were out the door very soon after. Overall, we spent less than two hours at the dealership, including our 20 minute test-drive. I definitely recommend this dealership, especially since you can do all of the negotiations over email. More
