The difference in experience between Sales team and Finance team is astronomical. Our sales rep was incredible: courteous, consistent, knowledgeable, worked to ensure all questions answered, went out o Finance team is astronomical. Our sales rep was incredible: courteous, consistent, knowledgeable, worked to ensure all questions answered, went out of his way to ensure needs were met. If rating on sales experience only, this would be five stars. But the finance department was unprofessional. In front of us, finance was rude and yelling at Sales. Finance had different answers to questions than Sales. Finance didn't understand the difference between new registration and registration transfer. Finance couldn't process our bank's form to perform a direct deposit to the dealership until 2 weeks after the sale. I don't know what is going on in finance, but Honda of Greenbelt needs extra training and development for their money people. I'd recommend that any customer should check ALL advertised car features before closing, and should expect multiple follow ups with finance even if paying outright. More

Came in for my B service after the light came on, was greeted as usual by my go to service guy David Dyson right in the lane. Not long after checking in I get a personalized video of my car and a list of greeted as usual by my go to service guy David Dyson right in the lane. I had appointment recalled my Honda pilot they said everything inspected Good after I left show me Emission problem I called them let them ,they said again $241 then find something $288 charge me to everything inspected Good after I left show me Emission problem I called them let them ,they said again $241 then find something $288 charge me to fix.
