Edward also quickly fetched a vehicle from another dealership to suit our color preference, and walked through some key vehicle settings accessed through the infotainment system. I appreciate the courtesy shuttle should you need it. There's a nice waiting area if you're waiting for your vehicle. They're always a quick turnaround, and can get me in whenever I need it. It's always a little pricier than I want it to be, but I guess you're paying for the extra stuff! More

5 stars across the board. The entire experience from my initial contact of interest with Abdul to driving off the lot with my brand new Honda was plain sailing. Im not the ideal A+ car applicant, so I expe initial contact of interest with Abdul to driving off the lot with my brand new Honda was plain sailing. Im not the ideal A+ car applicant, so I expected the entire car buying process to be pain staking. It never came close. Abdul Amoz listened to my financial and day to day needs from a vehicle and jumped into action to find what suits me. He understood what I was looking for and never steered away from that! I never felt pressured or felt like he was spinning me, which is common with other “typical” car salesmen. Abdul took his time and got it right and he never doubled back on his word. To add, the entire team seemed quite cohesive. At times the final trip to the finance office can seem disconnected from your initial sales interaction, and you may feel the need to reiterate your needs/demands. Not at this Honda dealership. I felt like I was the only customer in the entire building. And AGAIN im NOT an ideal car applicant. No matter what, they made me feel appreciated and well taken care of. I never had a sense of doubt and never felt a shift of energy once numbers started crunching. From start to finish- great experience- and I walked out with the brand new fully loaded Honda Accord that best suits my need for reliability with a bit of edge. THANKS ABDUL!!! Car Repair Button on shifter broke as I was headed from DC to Buffalo. I'm from Phila. and bought my Honda in Philly. I called the dealership and spoke to Milt Button on shifter broke as I was headed from DC to Buffalo. I'm from Phila. and bought my Honda in Philly. I called the dealership and spoke to Milton in service regarding my predicament. He had me bring the car right in and took the car back as soon as I got there. Repair was done in less than an hour and we were on our way to Buffalo. Excellent customer service!! Thanks Milton!! More
