They did the service on my car, but left the undercarriage with missing bolts. When I returned to ask about it, I also discovered that they forgot to add the service to my Carfax report. Went here to get my car serviced. It took 2 hours to get an oil change and I had to wait 30 minutes after my car was done for someone to bring me my keys. I was impressed by the genuine friendliness of my service manager, Fernando, and his willingness to make anything awry right. Though my highest praise is for my actual service technician, Lanse (short for his proper name, though I didn't get that). Lanse's demeanor was honest, earnest, humble, though with knowledge and pride for his work. He went above and beyond to patiently explain my needed vehicle repairs, then made them with care. He did a couple of minor things beyond what he had to just because he could, and I felt we had a mutual trust. I will continue to avoid dealership repairs when I can due to cost, though Greenbelt Honda will be where I don't hesitate to visit if needed, mostly because of Lanse and how well I was treated, along with the cleanest repair shop I've ever seen, and such a perfectly appointed waiting area.
