Wowed!!! Everything went really smooth and great!!! I did my homework before I went and they gave me a quick answer. I have never received the best service since I purchase my CIVIC in 2017. From AC to noise underneath the car. Now they want to charge me almost $200 to diagnose the a/c issue. How can a brand new car aia bought in 2017 have a/c and not covered under warranty. This is very unfair and poor customer service. Their excuse is that I have almost 60k miles on the car. Yes I bought the car to ride now sit around. The same thing happened when I heard noise underneath the car which I reported to them. At first the claimed it was a tire issue so I bought 4 brand new tires and was still experiencing the same issue. Anytime I go there, they tell me something different. Herson at the dealership told me to bring the car to check if it's the compressor. Upon arrival, I was transferred to Milton to assist me. Milton has been helpful in the past tho. I was asked to pay almost $200 to diagnose my car. This is very ridiculous because I don't see why they can check the compressor. My next plan is too contact Honda Corporate because am very unhappy. Great customer service and friendly staff. I was able to get a brand new car with a little down payment through all the mishaps that occurred. At one point I lost hope during this process.
