The convertible top of the 2008 Jaguar convertible that I just paid $21,300 for malfunctioned on my way home from the dealership. I was told to immediately bring the car back which I did. I was told you couldn’t fix it snd you closed the roof manually. I was told it would be sent to Jaguar to be fixed and I wouldn’t be charged . Then you reneged on your promise snd im about to file a small claims court lawsuit and Better Business Bureau complaint. More

It was my first time buying a car. I am very disappointed about the fact that the company did not give open disclosure . I felt like it was all about the business and no care for me th I am very disappointed about the fact that the company did not give open disclosure . They ran my credit 6 times taking 45 points off my credit score One has to cautious in dealing with them and ask many questions. This is my experience. It was horrible. More
