ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. They performed unauthorized inspections that I specifically told them NOT to do. They said they’d finish on Saturday and would call me. The capacity of the place I think is lesser than the number of customers. Very busy and sometimes it is not easy to estimate your time there and plan a head. Employees are attentive, educated and cordial. The wait was ridiculous for an Oil change, was told was going to be 1.5 hrs, it took almost 3.5hrs. Got a text that my vehicle was ready and I went up to the front and the lady said that i had to wait for the tech to bring the keys to them. It took 45 min and someone else coming over to me to ask about me front and the lady said that i had to wait for the tech to bring the keys to them. Then he lied and said that he called my name which absolutely wasn't true because I was right by the door the entire time. Horrible experience. To start with he was rude from the start. Marvin was his name. Horrible. I will be going to honda ar Richie station from here on out. More
