I feel scammed every time I get service done on the car. They kept me there for almost 3 hours to get an oil change. Tried to get me to pay over $300 to look at the a/c to see if it was running correctly. I They kept me there for almost 3 hours to get an oil change. Tried to get me to pay over $300 to look at the a/c to see if it was running correctly. I ended up not getting it looked at. Service person was rude. I had to tell her to stop repeating the same phrase instead of answering my question. Felt like I was being spoken down to. Please tell your mechanics to put the automatic lights back on! I’ve been driving in the dark without lights on because the CRV’s displays still light up even when the lights aren’t on. Realized it on day two and my grandbaby was a passenger on a highway with me. This is a regular occurrence that the lights are not put back on. Perhaps consider redesigning the crv to have a safety feature related to lights! More

I drove in without an appointment thinking I would have to leave the car there for days while the issue was diagnosed. I was contacted later that afternoon that my car was ready.
