To: sahibzada Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback - we appreciate the opportunity to proactively address and correct issues that come to light. We invest this time because it is very important to us that you as a customer know that you appreciated and realize that we are very sorry for any unwelcomed experience you have here. I have been trying to put all the pieces together and would appreciate clarification. Regarding service, from what I understand, the original part was installed 15 months ago and was out of the Honda 12 month/12k mile warranty. In order to determine the actual problem, a tech would need to diagnosis it. Our standard fee for that was quoted. After declining diagnosis, you requested to speak with Chris who was on a conference call with the corporate office of Honda and a customer. Upon finishing his call, he came out to meet with you, but you had left. I have spoken with Chris and he has told me that he did try to follow up with you. Have you two been able to talk and/or reach a resolution? Regarding the sales portion, can you give me more details as to what transpired, what led to you cancelling the deal for your nephew? Regarding the service I have installed a brand new Honda Mp3 from College Park Honda. My car is a 2006 Honda Accord EX-L/Navigation. The car has original 9800 Miles so it may be more than 12 months but not 12 miles. I bought the car from here. The technician told me that this MP3 was installed by an out side service company as the invoice shows something about it. I spent 568 dollars and I don't cars who installed it i paid money to College Park Honda. So if you guys did not installed it in the first place than how can you just look at it and ask me for 105 dollars to start and I guess the next step would definitely be a big ripoff or it's better to throw this crap out of my car. I got a low quality product and I either want free repair or my money back. I have lost my confidence in College Park Honda. Regarding Chris he was not at a conference call I saw him out couple of times, I know him by face and he might not know me. He definitely tried to avoid me and I am not the first one complaining to check the dealer rater website and you will know your worth. Regarding the sales We agreeed already on an internet price quote but later on then they added a dealer installed package of 995 dollars and in this economy who is buying cars, you should be happy that I am buying. I denied to pay for the dealer installed equipment. And I asked them it's your car if you like the price sell it or if not let us go. They wasted about my four hours and at the end their sales manager Buster came in, and his attitude from the begining was not correct as I referred to one of my friend Mr. Elam Khan who was a sales manager at thsi dealership and I bought one car for myself, secon for my friend, third for the same nephew Mr. Mahmood who was here to buy another car as his first car went into an accident. When I mentioned my friend's who was the sales manager here, Buster mentioned as you know where your friend is now. I said yes, and please ask him the place he mentioned. His reply was contversial that's why I am not mentioniong the name of the place. To me Buster is a raciest and he should not be in this position and he should be removed. If College Park has such managers then they will not sell a single vehicle.

Thank you for your reply. I understand that Isaac has spoken to you and Chris has tried to reach you. Buster did not refer to your friends exact place of employment for privacy reasons. I see that you bought from Ourisman Honda in Bethesda - they are great (I used to work there so I know). I'm sure they will take great care of you going forward. Heather - Just so you know your orginal message will go live on May 1st. Dealer Rater does not have certified dealers reviews public for 2 weeks. The reason your was live in the beginning was because it was marked as a 'would recommend' - which is deemed a positive review. Once they realized that it was not, they took it offline to adhere to their policy.

Dear Ms. Kim, Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback as we are under new management/ownership and are proactively addressing and correcting issues that come to light (such as becoming a certifed Dealerrater dealership). We invest this time because it is very important to us that you as a customer know that you appreciated and realize that we are very sorry for any unwelcomed experience you have here. In reading through your correspondence you had with our staff, it appears that we did give you a price for the desired vehicle, and offered to ‘beat’ a price you had from one of our competitors if you brought in the written offer. It is our company policy (and really a standard practice) that in order to ‘beat’ a price, we must see the offer in writing, in person. I’m disappointed, of course, to read aboutyour treatment via your posted review and it goes into more detail than I could ascertain from the email correspondence. I would appreciate more information especially in regards to, “trying to fool you” and “bombarding you” so that I can address it with our sales staff.
