It really truly sucks to have to make this review as this dealership used to be our go-to when it came to buying Honda’s. We have purchased over 7 cars (2 under new management) and 2 of those cars get regula dealership used to be our go-to when it came to buying Honda’s. We have purchased over 7 cars (2 under new management) and 2 of those cars get regularly serviced there. We have been nothing less than a good paying customer. Apparently their new management doesn’t seem to care about any of that! Not going to name anyone specific but a certain manager wanted to still charge OVER msrp on a vehicle that has been out for over 2 model years, not sure why this tactic is still being used nonetheless the deal was very close to happening even after us bringing to the table a very nice car that we would be trading in (THAT WE PURCHASED THERE) and also us deciding to finance through the dealership. After all that it STILL wasn’t good enough and they decided to sell to another person. I’m personally not mad just very disappointed. They lost a very good family of customers and we will now be taking our business elsewhere. Thanks. More

I’m not sure if she was supervisor or manager she I don’t know how I can describe . I ask, my advisor why is the price is different Then my last visit answer to me, we change the oil filter . I explained always I brought here by car and this stuff is completely different. Expensive she told me sorry if you feel that way after that like buy the many I don’t wanna talk that was her action .
