I purchased my car in 2019 but over the 6 years I basically had horrible experiences with the service dept. However my last three visits have started to restore my faith that the Honda of Greenbelt basically had horrible experiences with the service dept. However my last three visits have started to restore my faith that the Honda of Greenbelt (formerly College Park Honda) has the capacity to actually serve customers.
