I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation so I could be in and out. I arrive on time for the appointment only to be told that there was no record of the appointment. So instead of saying hey sorry we screwed up, it's gonna be 2 hours before we can get you in for the service do you wanna wait? Nope. It wasn't until I asked the writers after waiting for 2 hours if the car was almost ready to go that they tell me it's the next one to into the shop. Even though Honda of Grand Blanc is closer then Brighton Honda, I will not return in the future. Also thanks for offering and handing me a receipt for the services! More
