I've had my CR-V in the service center 2X because the Auto Start/Stop isn't operating. Both times I was told it won't work because (pick 1): The car is too hot; Too Cold; low oil pressure; high oil press Auto Start/Stop isn't operating. Both times I was told it won't work because (pick 1): The car is too hot; Too Cold; low oil pressure; high oil pressure, etc. Nothing was done to resolve the issue. This vehicle has under 5K miles on it, it shouldn't be 'broken' & unrepairable. Additionally, I had an appointment & requested a shuttle ride home. After waiting 2.5 hours, I called for a ride. A shuttle never showed. More

Sean McDermott was excellent. I was in an accident and desperately needed a car. I will qualify this review, stating I did not buy anything. I had no idea what I needed besides AWD and cargo space for a future dog. Sean helped me so much. In the rain, he brought several cars. A few Hondas were out of my price range, an Acura, but it did not meet my needs. Then he went to the Subaru dealer and brought several used models from there in the rain. I may not have bought from Sean, but he will be my go-to for my next car. More

I am very disappointed in Honda Grand Blanc dealership . I bought my 2020 Honda pilot less than a year ago from them and I have an 8 year warranty . It started making a load constant cracking popping nois . I bought my 2020 Honda pilot less than a year ago from them and I have an 8 year warranty . It started making a load constant cracking popping noise in my ratio . I explained to them that I have a 38 hour drive in 8 days and I needed this car fix before I leave because it is very distracting noise it was making and could cause the electronics in the car to act up since it was a wiring issue. They looked at my car and told me that they did not know what it was and that they would have to get a specialist to look at it and the soonest they could look at it was 12 days after I brought it in . I told them I was leaving in 8 days and that I could not wait that long. And they did not care and was going to let me drive that far with eltronic issues. I thought I should get a second opinion so I brought my car into Honda in brighton and they were so compassion and looked at my car very throughly and said they found loose wires and the connectors were never replaced that had a recall on it . Something that grand blanc should have found if they actually looked at my car. I am very disappointed that they did not care enough to help me. This makes me think they never even looked at my car because I told them I was moving to California for 6 months so they thought I could just get it fixed in California. It could have been dangerous to drive my car 38 hours with loose wires . I wanted to write this review to warn other people to not take their cars to Honda grand blanc and do not buy cars from them either ! They told me my connectors were already replaced that had a recall on them and the brighton Honda told me they never were replaced. BRIGHTON Honda fixed my Honda in less than one day and it hasn't made that noise once . I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR HONDA IN BRIGHTON MICHIGAN! More
Purchased "new" Honda Passport from Serra Grand Blanc Honda from out of town 75 miles away. Dealer website said it had 6 miles on it. I got there to pick it up and it had over 100 miles on it, sticky r Honda from out of town 75 miles away. Dealer website said it had 6 miles on it. I got there to pick it up and it had over 100 miles on it, sticky residue from prior dealer trade emblem, scrape on left rear bumper, damaged paint & dent on R.R. door. Further inspection shows it had been hit on L.R. bumper. More

After all this have drained a lot of money to be charged on me for wrong fix then I took my vehicle away with the same problem I came with for the first time and figured out that was the lower control arm and then after I got to somebody to replace it the problem was gone .
