I found Danielle Alm and the entire staff that I dealt with to be extremely professional and courteous. Danielle went the extra mile, involving expending her own personal time, in resolving an issue between me and another dealership. I also had a pleasant experience with Julio Perez who handled my paperwork and the assistance of Kelly Meggs over a technical issue. I also had a favorable experience with Korey Hines on my initial visit. I was also offered a far better deal than a neighboring dealership whose attitude in no way compared to that of the staff at Honda of Gainesville. I also found that they were accurate on all the claims they made. Last of all I appreciated that I, in no way, felt any coercion which I experienced with other dealers. I left the dealership with a very pleasant feeling knowing that I had been treated extremely well and been provided with a great deal on a great car--my new CR-V EX. More

"A Professional and Helpful experience in car purchasing" I have always been a Ford person so purchasing a different type of car was a challenge. My daughter and son-in-law had very good experiences and drives very good cars from Honda of Gainesville so I was told to look for a car there. The salesman Dean Leed was very nice in showing me different models of cars and came up with some pretty good deals. Even though Dean was very helpful in helping me to choose a car, I was referred to Chris Irvin and he just stole my heart with his professionalism and knowledge of what I wanted. Chris was so good I ended up purchasing a Honda Accord before the end of the month and I am very satisfied with this wonderful, smooth driving and best yet WHITE car. I would recommend anyone who lives in the Gainesville area to check out Chris or Dean for the best deals in town. Thank you Chris for being patient with me and my son-in-law!!
