He offers us something to drink before we even sit down and is very courteous. He will find exactly what I want, and that is very impressive also very hard to do. He knows his cars and it showed. The only negative thing that I saw during my four hours there was that there were three and sometimes four employees stationed at the front door playing on their phones the entire time. Best Car Leasing/Buying Experience Ever! After doing extensive research online for top car models and lease option deals, I chose to go to Honda of Gainesville to look at the Honda Accord EXL After doing extensive research online for top car models and lease option deals, I chose to go to Honda of Gainesville to look at the Honda Accord EXL. My youngest son has one, and he loves it, so I knew they were good cars. I had already set up an appointment with Korey Hines to do a test drive. He knew I was planning on leasing soon, as my present car lease (not a Honda) was up in a few weeks. Korey had the car ready for me when I got there. After the test drive, Korey was very helpful and patient as we discussed various lease options and payments. I couldn't decide between two colors, so Korey went and brought two cars out for me to compare colors. During this time frame, I was offered a drink and someone even offered to go and get me something to eat. They really do believe in taking care of their customers. To save me the time and trouble of cleaning and turning in my old lease car, they offered to do it for me. Later, they came back and said they were going to purchase it outright from the finance company, so I didn't have to do anything but sign a few papers. That was a load off of my schedule. Throughout this entire process, I still meant to go to the Acura dealership and test drive Acuras, also. However, when they asked me what they could do for me to get my business, I was second thinking that idea. What really changed my mind was Korey Hines. Korey was friendly and forthright. He was easy to work with, professional, courteous, and went far beyond my expectations. He was also very knowledgeable about the car and explained things to me in an understandable manner. I'm not very tech savvy, but he was very patient. Also, there was never any hard selling or pushiness involved at any time, which I have experienced at other dealerships and is a big turn-off to me. I also worked with Julio Perez, the finance manager, and liked the manner in which he led me through the process. He was also friendly and helpful. Overall, it was an awesome experience with really nice and friendly people. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially, Korey Hines, to anyone looking for a new or used car. More
