NIce, friendly, caring. Team work and excellent service. I thought the whole experience was good. It seemed that everyone worked together as a team, even people that were not your sales person, were very fr I thought the whole experience was good. Went in for a last minute service and left with a brand new 2015 Honda Accord EXL!!! Hands down the nicest vehicle I've ever owned!!!!Chris spent plenty of time walking me through the process, and finding the right car. He also stayed well past closing to try and make a complicated situation work in my favor. He was very efficient and honestly one of the nicest dealers I've dealt with. I HIGHLY recommend him! Overall, a very positive experience. I would definitely buy from here again. Julio on the finance side of the process was very efficient and instrumental in as well. More

Great service on our break down while traveling Had transmission leak and problems while traveling back home to Virginia. Arrived after five on Friday night. Service advisor, Wes, give us clear i Had transmission leak and problems while traveling back home to Virginia. Arrived after five on Friday night. Service advisor, Wes, give us clear idea of what to expect. After initial diagnosis, we were given several options of what we may expect, but wouldn't know until they got into it further. I received Honda shuttle to local hotel. Saturday morning, Wes called with the updated proposed solution. Repair was performed on vehicle on Saturday and was the least costly of the potential resolutions. We felt they did us right while out of town, getting the repair done quickly and right, repairing only what was needed. We got the complimentary shuttle back to dealer and we we're back on the road by 2 PM. Thank you Wes and the Gainesville Honda team! More

Continually changing diagnosis and increasing prices My recent experience at Honda, after years of going elsewhere, confirmed my prior dissatisfaction. I am disappointed they have not changed. My origina My recent experience at Honda, after years of going elsewhere, confirmed my prior dissatisfaction. I am disappointed they have not changed. My original quote for an AC repair was competitive at just over $1,000. But two days and several phone calls later, with new "issues" arising, the prices jacked up nearly twice as much! I asked for a detailed explanation from the service rep and the experience seemed disorganized and overly complicated to go through the details -- the in-person explanation and pricing didn't match what he'd explained on the phone. I had been warned by friends that this happens to them every time but I wanted to give Honda another chance with an important repair for my Accord, which is older but in excellent shape. I'm very unhappy and the whole experience felt shady. Wondering if this is typical of how they treat women or everyone? I plan to get a new Accord in the next six months and sell or trade in my current Honda. I will take my business elsewhere. More

Chris Irwin is the BEST salesman and got me SUCH A great deal on this lovely Accord Coupe! Louis (I am bad with names - sorry!) was wonderful in the finance dept as he explained everything slowly and thoroughly so that I was completely comfortable with what I was signing and agreeing to. Matt was great with explaining all the intricate functions of the radio, bluetooth, etc, and he helped me make my leather selection. Kelly was helpful in coordinating with the sales team on the dates and types of appointments that would be needed on my custom options. I give everyone there as well as Honda of Gainesville my highest rating and approval - and especially, my appreciation of a Class Act!! More
