Great experience! I had met Chris a few months before I bought my CRV while I was waiting for my Accord that was being serviced. I told him I was just browsing and he w I had met Chris a few months before I bought my CRV while I was waiting for my Accord that was being serviced. I told him I was just browsing and he was so helpful and not pushy at all. He answered my questions and respected my time as I was browsing. So, when I went in to drive the Accord and CRV he was so helpful and honest again. He is a true gentleman and very patient and excels at his position. I had the opportunity to meet Mr Dan Like also and he is also a great person who helped me get my new car. This is my 4th Honda and my 3rd purchase at Honda of Gainesville. The service department is top notch also and i know my vehicle is well taken care of....honestly. More

Honda of Gainesville...Sharks!!! Chris Irvin offered me $2,500 for my old car (trade in) and $16,000 for a newer one that I liked to buy. In this case, I would pay $12,500 out of my p Chris Irvin offered me $2,500 for my old car (trade in) and $16,000 for a newer one that I liked to buy. In this case, I would pay $12,500 out of my pocket to trade my old car with a newer one. Instead, I went to another dealer and bought the same model, newer car with almost the same milage on for $13,000 and also I sold my old car on craiglist for $,5000!!! That is to say, I paid $8,000 out of pocket to renew my car instead of $12,500 that he offered. This means that Honda of Gainesville ruins your pocket, beware Gainesville folks! it is more that $5,000 cash that they were trying to take out of an unfair deal. Good money, right? More

Fantastic Car Buying Experience I have been to many dealers that looked down on me and treated different because of past credit problems. From the time I walked into Milton Martin Ho I have been to many dealers that looked down on me and treated different because of past credit problems. From the time I walked into Milton Martin Honda I was welcomed. Not only didn't they get me financed with a good car payment and a decent interest rate for my credit but I also left with a brand new CRV, the first new vehicle I have ever purchased. Audra in finance is the best in the field. They were attentive to my questions and needs thru the entire process. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I will be a customer for life. Can't Believe it! My Family and I arrived at Honda of Gainesville. Yesterday, We were welcomed by Wes Bracewell our service advisor. We wanted our 2002 Honda CRV 's Hea My Family and I arrived at Honda of Gainesville. Yesterday, We were welcomed by Wes Bracewell our service advisor. We wanted our 2002 Honda CRV 's Headlight's to be Restored. When the service was finished it looked Brand New! But after taking it home and inspecting it. My Son and I were in complete shock! The Front Bumper was Damaged & scraped, Rough like it had been sanded. I opened the hood to check and see if it had been fiddled with. To no surprise there is A LOT of white lubricant all over Engine compartment as they did not wipe it after cleaning the headlight. After experiencing this. We were in such Disappointment. The Mechanic was not thorough with his work. Yes the CR-V was returned with like new cleaned headlights but left unclean and Damaged. We do not recommend going to this dealership for any maintenance or Headlight Restoration. We Will Definitely Miss the Old Trusted Dealership (Wade Rauleson Honda) Owned by Mr.Wade Raulerson and Managed by his Daughter Ms. Paulette Raulerson. More
