Two experiences in one year The first time we went car shopping we lucked out by getting Michael at Honda of Gainesville. I won't go into the other dealership and dealer experiences during that trip--but I will say of all the sales associates we dealt with (4 total), he was the most: 1. responsive 2. effieicent 3. honest He was also not at all pushy and knowledge about the cars we were looking at. We ended up going with another make, but he was by far our favorite. Round 2, we decided after a few mos that maybe we would be better off with a different type of vehicle, so this time I made the rounds without my wife. Hit 3 dealerships this time. Now Michael showed that our first experience with him wasnt a fluke, and that he was consistent! Probably just a good guy that wants his customers to be happy, versus selling for a quick buck. This time it was a close tie between the Honda and another brand.. with the other brand being a better price. We ended up deciding to keep the car, but truth be told- had we decided not to, I would have chosen Honda even at a higher price because of Michael. His attire also showed he cared about appearance, he was clean looking, will spoken, educated, and not at all what one might think of as typical. Honda is lucky to have him. If someone mentions this review, I apparently get 100$ if you get a car from Mike at Honda. In this case, mention my name- and take the 100$ for yourself and put it twds your new Honda. -Isaac More
