Jordan made sure to take the time to explain each feature of the CRV and was so patient through each step of the process. We were there pretty late and never once felt rushed. Jordan was also understanding of our budget and needs, and while I am 100% positive any other salesman at another dealership would have tried to upsell us the EX, Jordan instead explained the difference between the two and let us make the decision without putting any pressure on us. Whether it is your first car-buying experience or third, I recommend you contact Jordan for an honest, stress-free visit to Honda of Gainesville. Every time I walked in and out of the store the employees opened the doors for me. They even have a kitchen where they made me a fresh quesadilla while I was waiting. I had Jordan Hamel as my sales man.He was amazing, very helpful, and answered all the questions I had. Help and understanding with a situation. We purchased a '17 Pilot touring at the April. We were pleased and Jesse Waller was outstanding and professional in every way. However after a trip to Atlanta for family get together we found with our (wife and my) physical limitations along with two 10 year old goldens it was difficult for all to get in and out. It was a great vehicle with the safety features we wanted. However Jesse saw our problem and need and with his compassion and help for our needs we purchased a '18 Odyssey touring. So let us say the money spent extra for the vehicle seems to be worth it and we are pleased. Jesse, was helpful and professional as always. The service department at the dealership has always been helpful and understanding, Charlie, Nancy, Wes and the others. Our bank account is leaner, however the joy and comfort of the Odyssey touring again is outstanding with the safety and electronic features is really cool and comforting. Gary and Judy Buhmeyer More
Bad salesmen Before you guys think I am "just one of those bad reviewers", please understand that car salesmen come in different shapes and sizes and my experience Before you guys think I am "just one of those bad reviewers", please understand that car salesmen come in different shapes and sizes and my experience is specific to two salesmen. My husband bought his Honda last year and he had a decent experience. We went this year to buy a car for me. I have to say it was THE WORST experience ever. I see Mr. Raul got raving reviews and I wish we got Raul but we got Chidozie to come help us. He said he is just starting out but his performance was even lower than an amateur salesman. When we asked him to show us the cars we were interested in, he just showed us whatever he wanted to sell. For example, I said I wanted to see a Civic Touring but he brought back a Civic Hatchback Touring. Then when I kinda liked the Hatchback, on day one, he was AGGRESSIVE with the sale. Saying "take it home today" "that's your car". No, I mean NO. I am not buying the first car I see. And to be so aggressive is horrible. Then he called me 3-4 times within a 6 hr period for 4 days eventhough I told him that both me and my husband are doctors and we cant talk a lot and would rather communicate via email. But he'd call and call and when we called him back, he was extremely rude saying "oh we sold that car. Yeah. That's how we do buisness" Ummmm okay. I didn't want that ugly silver color anyways but THAAANKS for being a jerkface. And he didn't even know what we wanted and kept saying that we should come In. No. We can't come in everyday and waste time when you can't give us a quote via email. Then his manager, Paul called, and was EQUALLY rude. At this point, I did not want to do buisness with them but I still asked my husband to ask about a the base model Civic bc spending $30K on a civic touring is stupid. They didn't call/email us back regarding the base model. When we backed away from their most expensive civic model, they didn't give a crap to sell a lower price model. And they didn't want to come down from the $30K for the touring. Let's face it..$30K for a Honda..might as well go and buy an Acura or something luxurious. Either way, Chidozie and Paul are horrible and were only interested in selling us the cars they had on the lot and the highly priced one. Chidozie was aggressive with phone calls and when answered, he just wanted us to come in without giving us a quote. Bottom Line: Honda of Gainesville needs to train their salesmen better and need to stop pushing cars on customers and then treat them like trash when the customer isn't interested in the car they showed or when the customer wants a better price. More

My wife and I were happy with the first one, but are even more im We recently traded in our 2015 Honda CV-R Touring on a 2017 Honda CV-R Touring. My wife and I were happy with the first one, but are even more impressed with the improvements and safety features on the second one. Alagi Manneh was the sales consultant on both vehicles. We like him very much and consider him our friend. He is very knowledgeable of Honda products. Alagi and management staff had to do considerable work to make this purchase happen, We have always been treated like Royalty by all of the sales staff and service employees. It is a pleasure going to the Honda store. More

Deaer Rating When I drove up to the dealership, I received a warm greeting from a salesman, he shook my hand and asked what kind of car are you looking for, I said When I drove up to the dealership, I received a warm greeting from a salesman, he shook my hand and asked what kind of car are you looking for, I said at the moment I'm just walking around and looking. He then said come inside and I can show you on the computer what we have. I said I'm a hands on person, he said we have so many cars on the lot, lets go inside because it's hot. I said no, I want to walk and look he pointed all the way to the back and he said "you can walk if you like and when you come back let me know. So my daughter and I walked to the back with no salesman. It was really hot and then Chris Irvin came up and said, is someone helping you and I said I'm just looking. He then began to ask me all tips of questions and started showing me cars and giving me all types of information about the cars. I didn't really come to buy a car that day, I was just looking. It was really hot that afternoon, Mr. Ervin was wiped down in sweat, but he still took the time to go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable on purchasing a new vehicle. I love the great service and I love my new Honda! Thanks Chris More
