After my previous purchase with Honda of Gainesville just under two years ago, I would have thought that purchasing a new car couldn't get any better. However, my experience this week with the dealership, and particularly my salesman, Jordan Hamel, was absolutely the best! He is so willing and even eager to help with both meeting (and exceeding) your financial expectations, selecting the best car for your needs and wishes, AND teaching you about the use of the features in your new car. That last step is ongoing, as I will be challenged at my age in learning about the new "gadgets." Jordan reassured me that he will continue to help me as needed and shared several different options for contacting him. Honda of Gainesville is not the closest Honda dealership to my home, but I will continue to do business there, due to the top-notch experience they provide. More

Honest and personable service Great personable and honest service with the best prices in town! Comfortable waiting area with Wi-Fi and a wide screen tv for movies. I came in for an oil change and a bulb replacement. Somehow the bulb was lighting up when they took a look at my car. I know some places would still charge for the bulb replacement. Not Honda of Gainesville! They are always honest and never push unnecessary "maintenance" on me! More
