Willing to go the extra mile I recently helped my mother purchase a new Honda CRV from Honda of Gainesville. Initially I had no intention of making the purchase right away. I had done my research on the vehicle and had those figures prepared. I had recently help my sister with her purchase at another Honda Dealership in Central Florida, and was going to give that dealership the opportunity to earn my mother's business as well. Sebastian, our Honda of Gainesville salesman, greeted us with a smile and a handshake, and from there with NO PRESSURE, and in a very relaxed manner, showed us the vehicle we were there to see. Once we had decided on a particular model, Sebastian sat us down and we discussed figures. Because I had done my homework, and knew what my Mother's trade was worth, and because I had learned through internet research what that model was selling for in the Central Florida area, we were able to reach an agreement on a price, that I thought was too good to pass up. However, Mike was very helpful and we spent the entire first day test driving a slew of vehicles until I found the one that I was drawn to. They helped me through the whole process of trying to figure out my finances and get a monthly payment that I could afford and be happy with. They ended up getting me an excellent interest rate and a great price on the car. Mike and Julio are extremely friendly, down to earth, and personable. They make you feel like you're taken care of.
