I needed to get a 2nd smart key that was not given to me at the time of the sale of my 2015 Honda Accord and to check out the tire pressure light that just came on. I waited for the car and within 90 minutes I was called and the car was ready. I liked the fast service and the quality of the work done. Very happy dealing with Mike. More

Less than acceptable experience. When we bought the car in November, they loved us. Couldn’t do enough to make us happy. I never received a call about the license plates arriving, When we bought the car in November, they loved us. Couldn’t do enough to make us happy. I never received a call about the license plates arriving, so I called them about that. Girl on the phone laughed it off, and blamed it on a “new girl”. Couple weeks later, car wouldn’t start in driveway. Called them to ask about process to schedule tow, told to call the Honda Roadside Assistance. They couldn’t help me. That may be the case, but the manner in which they shared this information was rude, and made us feel we were wasting their time. (Rob). Service coordinator (Jake) called next day, car had “rodent damage”, not covered by warranty. Again, this may true, but manner it which information was shared was that we were wasting their time, and needed to commit to the $582 dollars to fix the car. Spent next couple of days trying to communicate with service dept about our concerns, each time receiving another rude or sarcastic discussion. We finally had it with them, contacted Honda Roadside Assistance, and had car towed to another dealers service department. Consequently, this job ending up costs us less by $130. Oh, and still waiting for callback from our sales rep (Brad), one week later. Go elsewhere... More
Fast In & Out Service For Recall Repair Came in on Saturday for recall repair for my 2015 Honda Accord battery sensor. Left car when they opened at 7:30 and waited for service to be done. Re Came in on Saturday for recall repair for my 2015 Honda Accord battery sensor. Left car when they opened at 7:30 and waited for service to be done. Relaxed in the lounge enjoying complimentary and by 7:50 the car was done. Fred was very polite and helpful. I will deal with him specifically when in for next service. More

Initial quote price was in the vicinity of $300, once the car was being worked on the new quote was $1,500.00 I purchased 4 tires from Honda. The price for alignment is $123.00, I stated that I have a package with Firestone (lifetime alignment). I would take to Firestone, he stated that he would hate to have me leave without having the tires aligned and paying $123.00. I went to Firestone today had the tires aligned and asked for a quote on new tires comparable to the tires I purchased, there was a $200 difference with Firestone being the least expensive. When the customer service representative called to ask about my satisfaction with Honda I stated that I was not pleased, and explained the situation. She disconnected the call with me. I plan on calling Sal Hernandez (service manager), and relay my frustration to him!!! Terrible, terrible customer service. I will be returning to my old dealership for service in the future. More
I had a very Merry Christmas I went in for the airbag recall and my engine light was on because the Hybrid battery was deteriorating. Donna researched and found that my Hybrid bat I went in for the airbag recall and my engine light was on because the Hybrid battery was deteriorating. After an unforeseen and fixable event with my truck, Mr. I want to thank Mr. Sal Hernandez for treating me like he would treat one of his own family. After an unforeseen and fixable event with my truck, Mr. Hernandez reached out to me, personally handled the situation, and went the extra mile to repair a found potential problem with my Ridgeline. In the case of freehold Honda, a customer truly gets what he pays for when coming for service! Thanks to Ms. Donna Scala for handling my initial service needs and making sure I felt that I was getting the best service and price. Ms. Scala made sure my transportation needs were addressed without having to inquire. Also, thanks to Mr. Jake Hendricks for helping me out immediately in the absence of Mr. Hernandez. Sal Hernandez is running tight ship where he takes ownership of his team and pride in his work. Hondas aren't the only consistently reliable aspects of ownership, the most valuable asset is the service received AFTER ownership that makes them great cars. THANK YOU AGAIN SAL HERNANDEZ! More
