So today I was having a pretty rough morning I had to get a family member to enterprise to get a car then I had to get my two small children to daycare all before my 11 o'clock doctors appointment and of course something goes wrong in the mist of everything my car battery dies mind you I just bought the car three weeks ago and was guaranteed that I had bumper-to-bumper service three days ago needless to say everybody gave me the runaround I called this person they called this person that person told me to call this person this person told me they couldn't help me just a big mess while trying to keep a three-month-old baby girl comfortable and satisfied talk about being beyond pissed but after having a few breakdowns and a couple of long deep breath's I got connected with Sal Who took a little bit of my information and guaranteed me somebody was on their way to help with five minutes of our conversation talk about customer service this guy is the king of it if you have any problems call the service department of Honda and ask for sal directly to save you a whole xxxx of a lot of time!
