Car was purchased in October, issue started in December, issue does not occur all the time Salesman would give a 6 star rating! He was awesome! Service department ZERO star rating!! More

Although that communications experience was terrible, I have since brought my new CR-V in fo I'm updating the negative review I initially wrote below. Although that communications experience was terrible, I have since brought my new CR-V in for service twice. Both times Jake was my service advisor. Both experiences were excellent. Jake was great to deal with both times. The services were done correctly, timely, and for equal to or less than the price quoted up front. So I'm revising my review from over a year ago to say I'm now completely satisfied with this service department. Original Review in 2017: I need to bring my Honda Accord for a safety recall. But I had a question first. No service advisors were available, so I left a message. No one called me back, so I called again after a couple of days. Again, no advisors were available so I left another message. And again, no one called me back. So I emailed the dealership with my service issue. In the next three days I received FIVE sales solicitations, but no one from service called me. Then I called again and asked for the service manager. Guess what - not available. So I left my third phone message. This time I actually got a call back - from Fred, who was very nice. I was driving at the time so I asked if I could call HIM back. He gave me his direct line and told me to leave him a message if he didn't answer. I called back a few hours later and he didn't answer. So I left a message (my fourth). That was four days ago and he never called me back. Totally ridiculous. I would not trust them to service a car at this point. More

Unprofessional If I could give zero stars I would. I brought my Honda in for a recall for the airbags and they tell me that the engine light is out and needs replaci If I could give zero stars I would. I brought my Honda in for a recall for the airbags and they tell me that the engine light is out and needs replacing. I decided to leave my car there for them to just do the recall for the airbag situation and go back another time for the engine light. It was there for a couple of days, and when I called to ask them if the car was ready Monday morning they said yes. I took an Uber there and they tell me that the car wasn’t ready. I had to go back later on that day to get the car. When I brought the car home I noticed that the headlights were out so I had to RETURN to the dealership service side and had them look at the car. They then tell me that the cars 2 headlights, 1 breaklight was all burnt out. I’m sorry, but how is it that my car was fine before the couple of days that I left it there? Michael Chirichello tells me that I would have to pay money to get them fixed. The lights were FINE and WORKING before all this. What is the coincidence that all 3 lights BURNT OUT at the same time when it was at the dealership. Trust me when I say I will never buy another Honda and you can trust me when I say I will be telling all my friends and family not to get any Honda’s because obviously they break or did something and not claim responsibility. That or Honda’s are flimsy cars. Mind you this was a new car that I bought from them only 8 years ago. I keep very good care of this car, make sure to get oil changes on time, fix anything that comes up. So obviously, it was a perfectly working car until I brought it in for services. More

I needed to get a 2nd smart key that was not given to me at the time of the sale of my 2015 Honda Accord and to check out the tire pressure light that just came on. I waited for the car and within 90 minutes I was called and the car was ready. I liked the fast service and the quality of the work done. Very happy dealing with Mike. More
