Very confused I have taken both my vehicles to this dealership for various maintenance and repairs. This visit was for the replacement of the windshield which had c I have taken both my vehicles to this dealership for various maintenance and repairs. This visit was for the replacement of the windshield which had cracked and regular service. When I was called by the rep to tell me the car was ready, he said everything was good and nothing was found to be wrong with the SUV. I picked up my car and handed in a 15% discount coupon to apply to the $570.56 bill. I was told the rep was gone and that I would get a call back the following day. I did not and had to call him to remind him about it. Furthermore, when I looked at the report of the multi point inspection I noticed every green box checked. I was happy about that...but then I noticed the remote start receiver hanging from the wire a top the windshield and break lining measurements (8mm all 4 brakes) and tire tread (8/32" all 4 tires). Now I know I that all 4 tires wont wear the same way and the brakes do not wear the same way either. So something tells me the multi point inspection was either not performed or performed but not everything was done. I called the rep and he said to bring the vehicle in and they would inspect it again. but that is now another inconvenience. I have usually received good service with them. Please note the rating I am giving here is solely on my experience on the latest service visit. I ha More

Outstanding Service, Highly Recommend I was a long time customer but had stopped bringing my car here to be serviced after the management change due to poor service. But I decided to give them another try as driving to Toms River Honda was so far and I am so glad I did. Gregg was my service advisor and he was outstanding. He was courteous and professional, as well quite knowledgeable about cars. He explained everything clearly and my car was done quickly (which has never happened in the past). I was completely satisfied. I recommend working with Gregg and will now be a returning customer. More

THEN, I had an issue with hearing my Iphone ring on the hands free system. I spent 4 hours there just to hear that it was a software compatibility issue that they knew about. I was aggravated, given the run around and finally spoke to a service agent that told me they would be in touch with me to compensate me for my wasted time. Never heard from them. I went there yesterday for an update on the navigation map. I went online and saw that this can be done at the dealership. So, I made an appointment and wanted the service manager to call me to assure that they can do it. Did you get a call? I didn't. I drive from Bloomfield. First, the original service rep was a very nice young man and he told me that they couldn't do it there. I questioned that and they took car. 30 min later, he tells me that they need a thumb drive. My mistake. THEN he said that it would take 4 hours and $500, 4 hrs of labor. I was angry now. As I was leaving, an older service jerk started ARGUING with me. How would they know they can't do the job until they looked at it. I looked at him with a puzzled look. I said what do you mean? I have a 2017 Honda with Navigation. It needs a Map update? What do you have to analyze? According to the website, I can bring it here. He continued to argue with me in the service area. I knew then that I was dealing with the dumbest service department known to Honda. So, my friends, pass the word. AVOID this place like the plague. More
